Pull-ups and Progression
In this small e-book we cover two different areas:
First, being able to work your way up to doing a single pull-up, if you cannot already do one, using tried and true methods. Mini work-outs are provided to strengthen the muscles responsible for the movement, and a weekly progression is outlined.
Second, for those who are already capable of performing one or a few pullups, we have included a progression to use in order to drastically increase the amount of pullups one is able to perform.
We have already used this, tested it, and seen it work both for those falling into the first section, and the second.
